Crown Peak Advisors Appoints Sam Fine as Managing Director
MIAMI, FL, February 19, 2026 – Crown Peak Advisors, a strategic M&A advisory and investment banking firm built exclusively for the MSP and IT services sector, today announced that Sam Fine has joined the firm as a Managing Director. Based in Miami, Florida, Sam brings over 20 years of operating and transaction experience as a founder, operator, investor, and advisor, spanning investment banking and principal investing roles.
Sam has focused the last 10 years on launching consumer fintech products. He co-founded OneReceipt, a consumer fintech platform that was acquired by Rakuten Rewards (formerly Ebates). Post-acquisition, Sam led Ebates’ co-brand credit card initiative, overseeing the launch and growth of its rewards card program. Earlier in his career, Sam worked in investment banking at Moelis and alternative investments at Citi, and invested capital with a multi-strategy family office. He continues to invest in and actively advise early-stage companies.
