Sam Fine is a Managing Director at Crown Peak Advisors, bringing over two decades of experience across entrepreneurial leadership, investing, and M&A advisory. Throughout his career, he has founded and operated several businesses and continues to actively invest in and advise early-stage companies.

Prior to joining Crown Peak, Sam co-founded OneReceipt, a consumer fintech platform that was acquired by Rakuten Rewards (formerly Ebates). Following the acquisition, he played a key role in scaling Rakuten’s rewards card program, leading product strategy and growth initiatives. 

Earlier in his career, Sam worked in alternative investments at Citi, in investment banking at Moelis & Company, and in public and private market investing at a multi-family office.

Sam holds a BS, with honors, from the University of Maryland.
