About the Role:

Crown Peak Advisors is seeking motivated candidates with prior investment banking experience for a Vice President position based at our headquarters in Miami, Florida, with the option to work fully remote.

As a Vice President, you will lead all aspects of the M&A process, from transaction strategy and process design through day-to-day deal execution, including oversight of marketing materials and financial analyses, while mentoring and developing junior team members. You will also support business development initiatives by maintaining client relationships and overseeing the preparation and delivery of pitches to prospective clients across the technology and business services sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and analyze detailed financial models, valuations and scenario analyses

• Manage all aspects of transaction execution, serving as the primary lead across live deals

• Oversee the development and preparation of client-facing marketing materials, pitchbooks, confidential information memoranda, and management and board presentations

• Prepare comprehensive strategic and M&A analyses, detailed company valuations, financial / operating models and other company and transaction-related financial analyses

• Manage, mentor and develop junior team members

• Lead due diligence and drafting sessions with clients

• Interact with potential buyers and manage buyer due diligence processes

• Prepare and lead client presentations and meetings, contributing to the development of long-term client relationships

• Analyze complex business and financial information, synthesizing large volumes of disparate data into clear, actionable insights

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of prior investment banking experience

• Exceptional work ethic, integrity and professionalism

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA and / or JD a plus

• Strong financial modeling, valuation and analytical capabilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under tight deadlines

• Detail-oriented with high standards for quality and accuracy

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to take ownership and grow

• FINRA Series 79, 63 and SIE licenses required
   

Travel will be required on an as-needed basis, depending on client engagements. This role will initially be non-salaried, with compensation provided through transaction-based bonuses upon deal closings.
