Sutton has experience across M&A and corporate finance. Most recently, he worked in strategic finance at Arctiq, a technology service provider, where he supported corporate strategy and transaction initiatives. He began his career in corporate development and investment banking focused on M&A transactions within financial services, advising founder-led and privately owned businesses through the transaction process.  
 
Sutton holds a BS in Accounting & Business Law from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
