Michael is the Founder and a Managing Director at Crown Peak Advisors, drawing on two decades of experience across strategic M&A advisory, investing and operational leadership. Prior to founding Crown Peak, he served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Netsurit, a leading founder-owned IT and digital transformation managed service provider. In this role, he led the company's M&A strategy and execution in partnership with its founder and CEO and global leadership team. During his tenure, Michael completed five accretive acquisitions in under two years, significantly scaling the platform and doubling its revenue, and optimized its capital structure.

​Before joining Netsurit, Michael worked in investment banking and principal investing, completing complex M&A and strategic advisory transactions, financings and investments totaling over $41bn in value across the technology, business services and telecommunications sectors. His experience spans middle-market investment banks, including Houlihan Lokey and Stifel, as well as larger global financial institutions, such as Bank of America, Barclays and Societe Generale.

​Michael holds an MBA, with distinction, from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS, Cum Laude, from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
