Kristina is a seasoned operations and HR professional with deep experience in organizational effectiveness and business process transformation. Prior to joining Crown Peak, she served as an HR Transformation Consultant at EY, advising organizations on redesigning HR strategies, leading change management initiatives and streamlining operations. She brings a strategic, execution-focused approach informed by extensive international experience.

 

Kristina holds a master’s degree from the University of Warsaw and an LL.M. from the University of Luxembourg.
