Fernando Alves serves as an Investment Banking Associate at Crown Peak Advisors, bringing extensive experience in capital markets, including M&A advisory, capital raising, and financial services.
 
Prior to Crown Peak, Fernando was an investment banker at Harris Williams, advising founders, private equity sponsors, and strategic buyers on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions across tech-enabled services, industrial technology, and government services. His foundational financial background includes over five years in offshore fund administration, where he was a founding team member of a specialized administration firm and held roles at global financial services institutions.
 
Fernando earned his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and holds a BS in Electronic Engineering from the Military Institute of Engineering. He is also a CAIA charterholder.
