Charley brings over 10 years of experience across investment banking, management consulting, and entrepreneurship. She has advised organizations ranging from founder-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies across a broad range of growth stages and operating environments.

She spent significant time in management consulting, including at Accenture, where she advised companies on M&A integration, cost reduction, technology implementation, and strategic initiatives focused on creating durable, long-term value. She later worked in investment banking at Nomura Greentech, supporting founders, private equity sponsors, and strategic buyers across the digital infrastructure, software, and technology services sectors.

Having grown up in a family-run business and built ventures of her own, Charley brings a practical, founder-first perspective to advising MSP owners and buyers. She holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BS from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
