Bryant Baek is the CEO and Co-Founder of Bettercast AI, a provider of end-to-end AI solutions focused on data collection, predictive analytics and operational advisory.

Bryant brings over 20 years of experience leading technology and innovation initiatives across the energy, manufacturing, healthcare and government sectors, including more than a decade building and commercializing AI-driven products. Prior to co-founding Bettercast AI, he held senior product and technical leadership roles at Beyond Limits and BP, where he led the deployment of enterprise AI platforms in complex industrial environments to drive measurable operational and financial impact.

Earlier in his career, Bryant worked in venture capital, complementing his engineering background with an investor’s perspective on growth and value creation. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
